The problem seems to be due to the old transformer installed in 2011, which often gets overloaded. Local people have already complained twice to the electricity office, but no permanent solution has been provided.

I request the authorities to check the transformer, change the weak wires, and increase the maintenance team visits. A stable electricity supply will help students learn better and allow families to work peacefully.

The street outside our locality has only four streetlights, and all of them stop working during power cuts. This makes the lanes unsafe for walking, and last week a few residents even reported seeing stray dogs and snakes near the dark corners.

It is believed that the issue is due to the old transformer near Block C, which has not been repaired for almost five years. The wires hanging near the main road are also loose and dangerous.

I request the authorities to repair the transformer, replace damaged cables, and inspect the entire area. A reliable electricity supply is important for the safety and health of residents.

Many families are facing damage to their electrical items. In the last two weeks, several people in our colony reported damage to refrigerators, mixers, fans, and Wi-Fi routers due to voltage problems. The streetlights near the main road remain off for long hours, which increases the risk of accidents at night.

Residents believe the problem is a result of the weak underground cable line, which has not been replaced in more than 15 years. The electricity department visited the area once but only did temporary repair work.

I request the authorities to conduct a full inspection, replace the old cable line, and increase the technical staff in our area. A proper repair will help families, students, and business owners live and work without constant disturbance.
