What is the Place of Origin of Jesus Christ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It is widely believed that he was born in Israel\u2019s Bethlehem to Mary and Joseph. When they entered the city, all the inns were crowded which left them with only one option of staying in horse stables where eventually Christ was born. Bethlehem is a town situated in the Judean Hills south of Jerusalem. According to the Gospels (Matthew 2; Luke 2), Bethlehem is the birthplace of Jesus Christ. The site where the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem is constructed is widely accepted as the birthplace of Christ. In the 3rd century, St. Helena, the mother of Constantine constructed a Church above the birthplace of Jesus Christ. It was destroyed due to the outbreak of a massive fire. <\/p>\n\n\n
