    This Odisha govt scholarship scheme provides financial aid to 14,500<\/strong> students on various education levels: UG, PG, professional, and technical courses. Started by the Higher Education Department, it grants up to INR 20,000<\/strong> to eligible students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
