Playing With Numbers <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Basic Geometry <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Students will learn the basic concepts of Geometry here. They will learn the concept of point and how it defines a location. Further, students will learn the difference between a line and a line segment. Students will also learn the concepts of parallel and intersecting lines. Understanding Elementary Shapes <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This chapter teaches students about all sorts of angles within the closed geometric figures such as an acute angle, an obtuse angle, a reflex angle, a straight angle, and a right angle. Students are made to learn the use of the protector to determine angles within the given shapes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integers <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This chapter lays the foundation for understanding everything about the integers. Here the positive and negative integers are taught and then, students how to range the given integers in increasing or decreasing order of their values. The chapter ends up teaching – how to add and subtract integers.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fractions <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The chapter makes use of figures and shapes to give an easy understanding of the fractions to the students. Students will learn here about Like Fractions, Improper Fractions, Proper Fractions, Mixed Fractions, and Equivalent Fractions. Students will also be taught the conversion of these fractions into their simplest forms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Decimals <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Students are introduced to the concept of decimals here and how they bring differences to numbers. Students learn to convert fractions to decimals and vice versa. Operations like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division involving decimals are also covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
