The art of beautiful handwriting was passed down in his family through generations. After losing his parents at an early age, he was raised by his grandfather, Mahavir Prasad, who was also a well-known calligrapher. It was under his grandfather\u2019s guidance that Raizada learned the refined art of calligraphy using traditional Indian styles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raizada received his education at St. Stephen\u2019s College (now under the University of Delhi)\u2014one of India\u2019s most prestigious institutions. He studied English literature and was known for his refined tastes and scholarly interests.
