About NIRF Rankings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) has been authorised by the Ministry of Education of the GOI. This institution is to assess Indian higher education institutions. The framework was presented by the Minister on September 29, 2015, following approval from the previous HRD Ministry.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on their functional domains, institutions have been divided into 11 separate groups, including universities, colleges, management<\/strong>, legal, medical, engineering, pharmacy, architectural, dental, and research. The Framework assigns rankings to different criteria, such as research, stakeholder perception, and the availability of resources.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
