How is GUMAT Score vs Percentile Calculated?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The GUMAT 2023 score will be the total marks obtained by the candidates in all the sections of the GUMAT examination. The GUMAT 2023 percentile score determines the candidate\u2019s performance in the exam. The percentile simply means, that for a given value of percentile, say 95, 95% of students have scored below you in the same exam. The score and percentile will be calculated after the conduction of the GUMAT exam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The GUMAT question paper will consist of a total of 100 questions, divided into four sections, which are English<\/strong> <\/strong>language, Mathematics, General Reasoning and General Knowledge. The GUMAT Percentile will be calculated on the basis of the candidate\u2019s overall rank after their final score is calculated. The final GUMAT score will be calculated out of the total marks, i.e. 100 and will be divided into four different sections.<\/td>Candidates scoring the highest marks in the GUMAT written exam will be given a percentile close to 100 or 100.<\/td><\/tr>
Any candidate scoring 90 marks out of 100 will be given a score of 90.<\/td>In competitive exams like GUMAT, percentiles are calculated to 7 decimal places. Doing so avoids any clash among aspirants if their percentiles are similar.<\/td><\/tr>

GUMAT Marking Scheme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A very important factor which plays its role in the calculation of GUMAT score and percentile is the GUMAT marking scheme. The GUMAT question paper is similar to any other management aptitude test, where the question paper is divided into four sections, namely General Reasoning<\/strong><\/a>, English language, Quantitative Aptitude\/ Mathematics<\/strong><\/a>, and General Knowledge<\/strong>. The GUMAT marking scheme is as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
