Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test, commonly known as the JEMAT exam, is conducted by the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT) to select eligible and qualified candidates for admission in the various management courses like MBA<\/strong><\/a> and MHA<\/strong><\/a> in the top business schools<\/strong> of the West Bengal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

JEMAT Exam Pattern<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The examination pattern for the JEMAT exam 2023 is yet to be released by the MAKAUT. However, based on the previous year’s examination pattern, we have gathered information regarding the exam pattern so that the appearing candidates can get acquainted with the pattern to avoid any last-minute panic during the examination and prepare accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The JEMAT exam is conducted for admission to management courses<\/strong> in institutes located in West Bengal. The exam is conducted in 1-hour duration in selected cities of West Bengal. JEMAT Exam Subject-Wise Weightage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Since the subject-wise weightage of the JEMAT exam for the year 2023 is yet to be released, we have prepared the tentative subject-wise weightage on the basis of the previous year\u2019s examination. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The JEMAT paper is expected to be divided into three sections namely: general English, mathematics and logical reasoning. As mentioned earlier, there will be 50 questions in three sections of the exam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JEMAT Exam Marking Scheme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before appearing for the JEMAT exam, a candidate should be aware of the marking scheme and proceed with answering the questions. According to last year\u2019s JEMAT examination, for every correct answer, 2 marks will be rewarded and for every incorrect response, 0.25 will be deducted. However, no marks will be deducted if a question is left unattempted. Aspiring candidates are advised to attempt the questions carefully as an incorrect answer will result in a deduction of marks and the overall score of the exam will be affected as a result. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
