Subsequently, the result was declared on 28th January 2023. The XAT cut-off for the post-graduate programmes <strong>Business Management (BM)<\/strong> and <strong>Human Resources Management (HRM)<\/strong> according to courses and gender for the XLRI institute is given below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The examination pattern of the XAT is unique. The question paper is divided into three parts: verbal ability (VA), decision-making (DM) and question ability (QA). These papers consist of detailed questions according to the specified syllabus. The candidates will be shortlisted for <strong>group discussion<\/strong> and <strong>personal interviews<\/strong> for the <strong>PGDM programmes<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this purpose, the cut-off for the HRM and BM programmes are released categories wise respectively. The candidates are called for GP and PI further based on merit.
