There is a list of programs for which this examination is conducted. DAVV CET intakes students for <strong>MA Journalism<\/strong>, <strong>M.Com<\/strong>, <strong>MCA<\/strong>, <strong>M.Tech<\/strong>, <strong>MSc<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/leverageedu.com\/blog\/category\/mba\/\"><strong>MBA<\/strong><\/a> or <strong>PGDM<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For certain other degrees and some <strong>certificate courses<\/strong>, there is Merit based admission system. For the ease of students, the exam will be available in 13 different mediums and will be commenced under the guidelines of the National Testing Agency after being a part of the CUET Examination system.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The notification for the DAVV CET\/ CUET is released and the application procedure for the examination has already begun. The applications are open from 09 February 2023 to 12 March 2023.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The examination will be scheduled between 21 May 2023 to 31 May 2023 and reserve dates are 01-07 June 2023. The examination fee will be charged according to the number of courses selected by the student.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exam Dates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The dates for the 2023 DAVV CET or CUET Examination are released by the <strong>National Testing Agency<\/strong>. Most of the dates regarding the examination schedule are out, the candidates must keep referring to the latest dates regarding the examination for further information. The candidates can choose their slots and language according to the availability in the test centres. Certain important things to note about DAVV CET Exam Pattern are given below.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The language choices are based on the availability of languages in the exam centres. The candidates can only choose among the languages that are available in the chosen exam centre. For each category chosen, the candidate will have to write a separate test. The syllabus of the examination is divided into three sections, Language, Domain Specific, and General test.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Language<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The language section is also marked as Section 1 and is divided into Section 1A and Section 1B. Here are some details about the Language Section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In Section 1A there is an option to choose among 13 different languages for the test. In Section 1B one can choose from 20 different languages. The questions from both sections are to be answered separately by the candidate.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The various topics covered in the language section are <strong>Reading Comprehension<\/strong> based on factual, literary and narrative passages, <strong>Vocabulary<\/strong> and Literary Aptitude.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Domain Specific<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The domain-specific questions comprise Section 2 in the examination syllabus. This section includes subject-related questions from the class 12th coursebook. To refer to the syllabus for each subject one can check our blog on DAVV CET Exam Syllabus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General Test&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also known as Section 3, this section is common in all the subject examinations. There are various topics covered in this section that are mentioned below.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>General Knowledge<\/strong> and <strong>Current Affairs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic Mental Ability. The DAVV CET test is a common test for many universities but admissions are granted to students based on the university guidelines and cutoffs. The various common requirements to sit for the test are given below.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is no age limit for appearing for the examination. The age limits set by the universities for certain courses are applicable at the time of admission. In DAVV the upper age limit for UG courses is 23 years and For <strong>PG courses<\/strong> is 28 years. MBA and <strong>LLM<\/strong> have no age bar.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The candidates should have passed or are appearing for the class 12th examination as of 2023.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The board of education in 10+2 or any equivalent examinations should be recognised by the examination board.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vocational Examination certificates are also acceptable.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In DAVV CET the score required in the qualifying examination for PG courses from a recognised university is 50% &#8211; 55%.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An AICTE or State recognised Diploma examination is also acceptable.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General Certificate of Education is required for scores from international institutions.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The quota and reservation guidelines are applicable as prescribed by the universities individually. The upper age limit for PwD candidates in DAVV CET is 30-35 years. SC and ST candidates are given a 5% relaxation of marks.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background\" style=\"background-color:#ffe2e9\"><strong>Also Read: DUET Exam<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier the candidates had to apply for the examination on the DAVV official Website, however on transferring the examination to CUET Guidelines. The National Testing Agency has urged the candidates to fill out the forms carefully and that only online forms will be accepted. The application form is a 3-step process.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visit the official website of the National Testing Agency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the Register button.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide the personal information, Password and security questions for account retrieval.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on Register.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A system-generated application number will be sent to the applicant&#8217;s mail id.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The candidate can then login to their accounts and open the application form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The candidate has to enter educational qualifications, selected cities and programs.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload all important documents like Photographs, Signatures, Community certificates and PwD certificates if applicable.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fee Payment&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proceed to the pay examination fee option.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card or UPI to pay the examination fee.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the payment confirmation page appears, take a print of the page.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and save the application form.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on Submit to complete the procedure.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Admit Card<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The admit card will be available on the NTA website on the notified date. The admit card will be issued only to the candidates who meet the eligibility requirements for the test. The candidates have to check their exam slots, dates, and centre carefully as they will only be allowed in the ones mentioned in their admit cards.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The candidates will be able to download the admit card from the NTA website online. Any discrepancies in the admit card must be reported beforehand. To download the DAVV CET or CUET admit card the candidates have to follow the given instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visit the NTA official website.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Login to your account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the Admit Card section. Check and download.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Answer Key<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The specific dates for the release of answer keys have not been released yet. The provisional answer key will only is displayed for 2 &#8211; 3 days and the candidates can submit corrections with a non-refundable fee of INR 200. The question paper will also be available online to evaluate the answers. The results released by NTA for DAVV CET or CUET will be online and can be used for admissions only in the year 2023-2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The results will be available online on the NTA website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To download the result one has to click on the Notification for CUET 2023-2024 Results.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the page opens the candidate has to enter their Login credentials.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on login and the CUET Scorecard will appear.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check the results and Download the scorecards.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selection Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The selection process for the DAVV CET is specific to the university guidelines. The university releases a separate cutoff for each course a few days after the examination.&nbsp; These cutoffs and the list of requirements in the eligibility criteria for the DAVV CET examination together constitute the Selection Process for DAVV CET.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cutoff&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To check the cutoff one has to visit the DAVV CET website. The cutoff list includes the minimum marks and rank requirements for the various courses and categories under reservation. The DAVV CET or CUET examination pattern and syllabus must be followed for the preparation of the examination.
