The AILET test is administered for admission to a five-year integrated<strong> BA.LLB<\/strong>, <strong>LLM<\/strong>, and PhD programmes. Candidates should be aware that NLU Delhi is the only national law university that will not accept the <strong>CLAT <\/strong>2023 for undergraduate or postgraduate admission. Candidates should acquaint themselves with the eligibility requirements before applying for the AILET 2023 exam. Candidates\u2019 applications will be dismissed if they do not match the AILET eligibility requirements for 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BA.LLB Programme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates must have qualified for their senior secondary education (10+2 system) or an equivalent examination with a 45 per cent passing mark (40 per cent for SC\/ST\/PwDs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates who will take the 12th standard qualification examination in 2023 are also eligible to apply for AILET. They will, however, be eligible for admission to the BA LLB programme only after passing the 12th grade with minimum qualifying marks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LLM Programme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates must have an LLB or an equivalent law degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC\/ST\/people with disabilities).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates in their last year\/semester of their LLB are also eligible to apply for AILET 2023.
