Father's Day 2023
Father’s Day is a special occasion to celebrate the role and influence of fathers in our lives and it’s celebrated worldwide.
It was first proposed by Sonora Smart Dodd in 1909, who wanted to honor her father, a Civil War veteran and a single parent of six children.
After her proposal, everybody acknowledges and appreciates Father’s Day, which is observed annually on the third Sunday in June.
It will be observed this year on June 18, 2023.
