AUMAT GD PI Process 2023

AUMAT GD PI Process: The Alliance Undergraduate Management Aptitude Test is a university-level entrance test which is conducted by Alliance University, Bangalore. The entrance exam is conducted in both online and offline modes. The university conducts this entrance test for admission to management courses such as BBM and BBA programs. The university also offers courses such as Masters in Business Administration (MBA). 

Aspiring candidates applying for the AUMAT 2023 must know that the application process has begun. The selected candidates have to undergo a certain selection process which involves a group discussion and personal interview round. AUMAT GD PI Process 

The Alliance Undergraduate Management Aptitude Test (AUMAT) involves a group discussion (GI) and a personal interview (PI) round for their shortlisted candidates. The GI and PI are a part of the counselling process of AUMAT. Apart from the group discussion (GD) and a personal interview (PI) round there is also a document verification process that the student has to undergo. 

The students who are appearing for the entrance exam must know that they have to go through a certain selection process which is conducted by Alliance University.

Group Discussion of AUMAT 2023 

The candidates who are shortlisted are further called in for the counselling session which involves a group discussion round as well. In the group discussion (GD) a group of candidates is called and they are given a topic. The candidates are then supposed to discuss the topic with their personal insights. The candidates will be assessed on the relevance, clarity, and content they use in the GD. 

Group discussions allow participants to practice their communication skills, such as active listening, articulating their thoughts clearly, and respectfully responding to others’ opinions. They also help the students to facilitate social connections, promote teamwork, and build a sense of community among the candidates. Apart from this, group discussions help the candidates to explore different perspectives and gain a more comprehensive understanding of a topic.

Personal Interview of AUMAT 2023

The candidates shortlisted for AUMAT have to go through a personal interview round as well in order to complete the counselling process. The personal interview will be conducted by the examination conducting authority officials. The personal interview is conducted to evaluate the candidate’s communication skills and interpersonal skills. 

The questions can be asked based on the written exam that the candidate has already given or regarding general knowledge. Apart from this, candidates can also be asked questions regarding his/her educational background and academics.
