AUMAT Counselling Process 2023: Dates, PI and Documents

AUMAT Counselling Process: The Alliance University Management Aptitude Test (AUMAT) is a university-level entrance exam conducted by Alliance University. This entrance exam is conducted for admissions to management courses such as bachelor of business administration (BBA). The Alliance University offers other law courses too, such as BBM, BBA as well as MBA. 

After the examination has been conducted, the shortlisted candidates are called in for the AUMAT counselling process. The AUMAT counselling process will be based on the entrance exam score and personal interview. In this blog, we will talk all about the AUMAT counselling process. 

AUMAT Counselling Process 2023 

The AUMAT Counselling process will take place for those students who are shortlisted after the entrance exam has been conducted. The counselling process will be divided into two parts. The first part is the document verification process and the second part is the personal interview. 

In the counselling process round, the students are required to bring the documents that the exam conducting body asks them to bring. The important documents are then verified by the authorities in the counselling process. The students appearing for the counselling session are advised to bring photocopies of their documents along with the original documents. Students must note that the document verification process will take place on the day of the personal interview itself. 

Once the process is completed, the candidate will be allotted seats in their respective colleges. 

AUMAT Important Dates 2023 

The Alliance University has not yet released any official dates or schedules regarding the counselling process. Those candidates who have been shortlisted for the counselling process will be notified individually for the personal interview round. However, we have made a tentative date schedule for students to refer to. The important dates are given below. 

AUMAT Counselling Centres 2023

Unlike the exam centres, the AUMAT counselling centres will be located only in some of the metropolitan cities. Students can refer to the table below to know the AUMAT counselling centres 2023. 

Documents Required for Counselling Process  

The counselling session will typically be conducted by faculty members or admission officers from the university. Document verification is an important part of the counselling process. Students have to bring the below-mentioned documents with them to complete the counselling process. The documents are as follows: 

• The letter of counselling 
• Class 10th and 12th mark sheets and pass certificate
• Transfer and migration certificate
• Gap certificates (if applicable)
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Proof of date of birth
• An affidavit has to be signed by the candidates and the parent/guardian
• Passport-size photograph (recent and coloured)
