ALLIANCE AMAT GD and PI Process: The Alliance Management Aptitude Test or also known as ALLIANCE AMAT is a university-level exam which is conducted by the Alliance School of Business. This exam is taken by those candidates who want to get selected for MBA and PGDM programs at the University. The entrance exam is conducted in offline mode. Group Discussion of AMAT 2023

In the group discussion process, all the shortlisted candidates are called in for the counselling session which further includes a group discussion level (GD). In this round, the candidates are given a topic for discussion. All the candidates, then in a group have to sit and discuss the same. Once the group discussion starts, the candidate is then judged on their clarity, how relevant the point is and if the content used in GD is up to the point or logical.

Common GD Topics

The topics for the group discussion round (GD) will be contemporary and this can change every time. Here is a list of topics, based on which the group discussion can happen.

• Factual topics: pros and cons of a credit card, why drinking and driving is harmful to not only you but also the people around you and passive smoking causes more harm.
• Abstract topics: recent computer viruses and how have they affected humans, pros and cons of vegetarianism.

Personal Interview of AMAT 2023

For this round, a Personal Interview (PI), is conducted by the examination conducting authority. This round is conducted to examine how well the candidate communicates as well as his interpersonal skills.

Remember that the questions can be asked based on the written exam that the candidate has already given. The candidate can also be asked questions on general knowledge. Lastly, the candidate can also be asked questions based on their educational backgrounds or academics.
