Jagadish Chandra Bose, or what we commonly know as JC Bose, is an Indian plant scientist and physicist (1858-1937). He invented instruments to measure tiny reactions in living things. This helped him show similarities between plant and animal tissues, an idea later confirmed by others. Bose was well known for radio and wireless communication.
