• Visit the official site of YCMOU and click the online application tab
• Select the category you wish to enroll in from  UG/ PG/ diploma/ certificate programs
• After submitting, register on the form provided and fill it carefully
• Pay the application fee of INR 100 and download the receipt
• Download the form and submit it along with the necessary documents to one of the YCMOU centers.

• Academic transcripts from each year
• Passport-size photograph
• Identity card
• Academic certificates
• Birth certificate or documentary proof of birth
