Greenville University has a long and rich history of preparing women for positions of leadership. The Women in Leadership Scholarship, sponsored by President Suzanne Davis, is for incoming female students (traditional freshman or transfer) who have had leadership experience in their schools, colleges, families, or churches and want to improve their leadership growth and experience at Greenville University. The University will, rightfully, have character-building and service-leadership programming for the recipients. Having said that, the awardees will be given a chance to meet on a regular basis with female leaders on campus, including President Suzanne Davis herself, for mentorship.
