Pearson Language Tests or PTE is one of the most popular English language proficiency tests. Following are the changes that are being made to the test.

The timing of the test will now be in a shorter and more convenient 2-hour timeframe.

The number of questions asked in the test will decrease for some question types. That means the questions will reduce from 70-82 to 52-64.

The 10-minute break that was previously given as an option has also been removed so that you can get done with the test earlier.
