The College Board, in Jan this year, announced that SAT will now be accessible in digital format.
The next SAT exam, to be held on December 3, 2022, will be the last pen and paper-based SAT. From 2023, commencing on 11th March, the SAT will be held in digital form.
Several changes have been included in the digital SAT Test that will now be shorter—roughly two hours as opposed to three hours for the current SAT
Shorter reading passages will be included. Throughout the Maths section, calculators will be permitted and grades will be received in days, not weeks.
Moreover, Digital SAT Test Suite score reports will connect students to resources reflecting the variety of paths that students follow after high school.
The last date to register for March 11 DSAT exam is on Feb 24, 2023.
