Two female students from India, Divyangana Sharma and Ritika Saxena received the prestigious Victorian Premier’s Award from the Australian Government.
Ritika Saxena won the International Student of the Year in the Research category. She was only 18 when she moved to Melbourne and is now a PhD student working on stem cell research in Australia.
Both the students received USD 10,000 to support their studies in Australia. These awards are an initiative of the Australian Government to celebrate exceptional international students.
