The UK government expressed worry of the tripling numbers of dependent students receiving visas to enter the UK. To manage it, govt is considering to limit enrolling in "low-quality" courses.

The number of Indian students overtook the number of Chinese students who came to the UK last year including 33,240 dependent students, making a quarter of all international students.

The British Council is expected to unveil agents and new database authorized companies to recruit international students next week.
