Bhaidooj is the celebration of the lovely bond between brothers and sisters!
The festival and the word ‘Bhai Dooj’ has a literal meaning behind it.
The word is made up of two components namely- "Bhai" which means brother
And "Dooj" which means the second day after the new moon
Dooj is because Bhai Dooj is celebrated on the second day after the new moon!
