Candidates can now apply for a skilled worker visa without having to finish their degree in UK!
Which means there is no longer any requirement that international students studying in UK universities should at least have a university degree qualification before seeking employment.
Students who are able to obtain a job offer from a business recognised by the Home Office can apply to convert from the student route to the skilled worker route immediately.
