Eligibility Criteria
The candidates who are aspiring to take the TNTET 2021 examination should be aware of the eligibility criteria set by the conducting board of the state. In order to take the exam, the candidates should satisfy the prerequisites so as to avoid the cancellation of candidature. OR The candidate must have passed higher secondary school with a minimum of 45% and should have qualified or appeared in the final year of the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (as per the NCTE Regulations, 2002) OR The candidate must have passed standard 12th with a minimum of 50% and should have qualified or appeared in the 4th year of their Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El, Ed.) or Bachelor of Education (BEd). OR The candidate must have passed class 12th with a minimum of 50% and must have qualified or appeared in the final year of the two-year Diploma in Special Education. |
The candidate must hold a graduation degree and should have qualified or appeared in the final year of the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
