Dr. Ambedkar Central Scheme of Interest Subsidy on Educational Loans for Overseas Studies for Other Backward Classes (OBCs) and Economically Backward Classes (EBCs) The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment is in charge of this abroad education scholarship for OBCs and EBCs students. The initiative provides meritorious OBC and EBC students with interest subsidies so that they can pursue further education in the area at the Masters, M.Phil, and PhD levels with the help of this scholarship abroad.
