What is the SSC CGL Exam?
Conducted biannually, SSC Combined Graduate Level examination is a gateway for those who have completed their bachelor’s and wish to work in the government sector. Tier III Syllabus
This examination is completely a descriptive basis that assesses language proficiency, grammar knowledge, vocabulary usage, and writing skills of a candidate in English as well as Hindi. Your essay writing skills, application writing will be examined through this section which has to be completed in a duration of 1 hour.
SSC CGL Syllabus for Tier IV
This test comprises a Data Entry Speed Test [DEST] & Computer Proficiency Test. The former is valid only for those who want to join Tax Assistant vacancies. With a duration of 15 minutes, this level will be conducted for a passage of about 2000 key depressions. The latter, on the other hand, is for those candidates who have applied for Assistant Section Officer Posts [CSS]. The computer proficient test will have 3 modules which are Word Processing, Spreadsheet, and Generation of Slides.
