Admission Process

Admission to the MSc Clinical Research programme is typically done on a merit-based basis. However, in some universities and colleges performance in the admission test is the primary criterion for admission.

India

To register for the entrance examination, candidates must go to the official website of conducting body. After completing the registration process and learning about the eligibility and other procedures, students must wait for the admit cards to be distributed. The following are the prerequisites of the admission process when trying to apply for an MSc degree abroad:

1. You should have a Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) or a Master of Arts degree. This is due to universities and colleges wanting to ensure that you have mastered the research and analytical skills required to pursue an advanced degree.
2. Alternatively, you must have completed a 4-5-year Bachelor’s degree or a 3-year Bachelor’s degree followed by a 1-year preparatory course.
3. Your previous studies must have been in the same or a closely related field. For example, if you want to pursue an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, you must first obtain a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
4. A portfolio may be required for degrees such as an M.Sc. in Architecture.
5. To be able to apply, GMAT and/or GRE scores are frequently required. This minimum score varies depending on the programme.
6. Some universities will only consider applications that include a personal statement/motivation letter as well as a video presentation. This personifies the application and allows the university to learn more about you and your research interests.
7. A CV demonstrating proper work experience in your field of study may also be an important admission requirement for many study programmes.
