Duration of the Course

Normally, students intending on a Master’s in this field choose between two types of courses. You can go for a complete postgraduate degree in History or you can opt for specialization and pursue MA History in the same. A two-year full-time degree in History involves a comprehensive analysis of components and types of history such as Modern History, Ancient History, etc. More often than not, students pursue a specific sub-field of History for their degree or choose to specialize later in their second year.
