What is the PSC Exam?
PSC stands for Public Service Commission. The state Public Service Commission is responsible for conducting all state-level exams. Every Kerala PSC Exam has its own exam pattern, date, eligibility criteria, etc.
Role of PSC
A Public Services Commission is responsible for many roles. Each commission is responsible for maintaining the proper function of their states. Here are some of the responsibilities of a PSC:

Kerala public service commission KPSC is a working body set to recruit candidates for various posts in civil service, under the state of Kerala. The admission of candidates is entirely based on the scores obtained by the applicant or on merit. Information related to recruitment in different departments has been updated in the first week of November. The dates shall be updated as per any further notification released by the concerned authorities for this exam.

Application Form and Process
The application form for Kerala PSC Recruitments for the year 2023 will be released on the official website. The candidates are required to download the application form and fill in all the details carefully. You can check all the details filled in the form carefully for avoiding any inconvenience further. Submit the form before the last date and keep a print for further reference. The steps of the registration process are:
- Register yourself by creating a user id and password.
- Log in to your account by entering the same user-id & password.
- Choose from the list of posts on the portal and click on the respective Apply Now button
- The photograph uploaded must be taken after 31/12/2010 and must mention the name and date of the photograph taken. Moreover, this photograph will be available for all further applications until 10 years.
- No application fee is charged for registration.
- Take a printout of the submitted application by clicking on the ‘Registration Card’ link and keep it for future reference.

Eligibility Criteria for the 2023 Exam
- The candidate must be a permanent citizen of India.
- The candidate must be in a permanent domicile in the state of Kerala.
- The candidate must have a valid address and identity proof for the above.
- He/she should have any graduate/ post-graduate/ professional degree from a recognised university.
- The university must be affiliated with UGC and NAAC or any other of their equivalents.
- The candidates must have 50% aggregate (for General Category) and 45% aggregate (for ST/ SC/ OBC) in any stream (stream 1, stream 2, and stream 3) can apply for the Kerala PSC Exam 2023
- Candidates must also be equally qualified for their desired post as per the official website.
- The age limit varies from 21 (minimum) to 30-35 (maximum).

The Kerala PSC preliminary and main exams take place under strict supervision and guidance of the state government.
Preliminary Exam
- The preliminary exam consists of 2 papers: General studies and Language proficiencies.
