Many essential concepts and elements of design thinking were found via investigations of design cognition and design activities in the laboratory and natural environments across many design areas.

In simple terms, we can say that design thinking is the process of solving problems by prioritizing the customer’s needs. It is based upon observations, market studies, and how customers respond to activities.
