Indian Army Bharti 2021: Location
The Indian Army is conducting an Indian Army Recruitment rally in different locations all across the country. These locations are as follows:
Odisha (ARO Sambalpur)
Indian Army Bharti rally for eligible candidates of Angul, Balangir, Bargarh, Dhenkanal, Deogarh, Jharsuguda, Keonjhar, Sambalpur, Subarnapur & Sundargarh districts.
Chennai (ARO Secunderabad)
Indian Army Recruitment rally for eligible candidates of 33 districts of the state of Telangana.
Assam (ARO Jorhat)
Indian Army Bharti rally for eligible candidates of 10 districts of Upper Assam namely, Jorhat, Majuli, Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, Golaghat, Sivasagar, Charaideo, Dhemaji, North Lakhimpur and Karbi Anglong.
Mirani
Indian Army Recruitment rally of 2021 is for eligible candidates of Hojai, Biswanath, Nagaon, Sonitpur & Marigaon.
Kannur
Indian Army Bharti or recruitment rally for the eligible candidates of Lakshwadeep and Mahe union territories will be held at Kannur or Kerala.

Indian Army Bharti Eligibility Criteria
For getting into the Indian Army through the Indian Army Bharti recruitment rally of the year 2021, the candidate’s eligibility criteria are as follows:
- For the post of Soldier GD, the candidate should have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 33% marks or equivalent.
- For the post of Soldier Technical, the candidate should have passed 10+2 with Science background (PCM), with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent.
- For the post of Soldier Technical (Ammunition Examiner), the candidate should have passed 10+2 with Science Stream (PCM) or (PCME) or should have completed a three-year diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automobile/ Computer science and Electronic) with a minimum of 50% marks.
- For the post of Soldier Clerks/SKT, the candidate should have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 60% marks and should have studied the following subjects: English and Mathematics or Accounting or Bookkeeping.
- For the post of Soldier Nursing Assistant/NA Veterinary, the candidate should have passed 10+2 with Science backgrounds such as (PCM) or (PCME) and a minimum of 50% marks. Those who have pursued B.Sc in Botany/ Zoology/ Bioscience along with English are also eligible.
- For the post of Soldier Tradesmen (All Arms), the candidate must have passed 10th or ITI in relevant trade.
- For the post of Soldier Tradesmen, the candidate must be 8th passed.
Indian Army Bharti Selection Process
In the Indian Army Bharti or the Indian Army Recruitment rally, candidates will be selected based on their physical fitness test, physical measurement test, medical test and written examination as well. The physical testis of 100 marks which consists of the followings:
- 1.6 Km Run
- Pull-Ups
- Balance
- 9 ft Ditch
Marking Schemes and Selection Process
The marking scheme for the Physical Fitness Test (PFT) which is of 100 marks is as follows as per the Indian Army Bharti rally 2021:

For the Balance and 9 ft Ditch category, the candidate must qualify and no particular marks are awarded.

Medical Standards and Eligibility
- The candidate must be having good and robust physique and mental health too.
- The chest of the candidate should be well developed. The chest must also have 5 cm expansion too.
- Candidates should be having the normal hearing ability in each ear.
- Good binocular vision in both eyes and should be able to read 6/6 in distant vision charts with both eyes.
- The colour vision must be CP-III i.e. he/she must be able to recognize colour signals of white, red and green correctly as shown by Martin’s Lantern at 1.5 meters.
- Should have a sufficient number of healthy teeth and healthy gums.
- Must not be suffering from diseases like deformity of bones, hydrocele and varicocele or piles.
