2 blasts occurred in the city of Hyderabad by Indian Mujahideen which led to 18 deaths and 131 casualties on February 21 2013.

2018 – Kamal Hasan Launched a Political Party
Indian filmstar Kamal Hasan launched a political party Makkal Needhi Mayyam in Tamil Nadu state

Richard Nixon becomes the first US President to visit China, establishing relations between the countries in a meeting with Chinese leader Mao Zedong in Beijing.

1991 – Discussions over the gulf war
USSR announces that Iraq has agreed to a proposal to end the Gulf War, but the US calls the plan unacceptable on February 21 1991.

2004 – Establishment of European Greens
The first European political party organization, the European Greens, is established in Rome.
