About Exim Bank Exam of India
The Exim Bank of India conducts an exam every once in a year to recruit only the skilled candidates. Candidates who pass this exam are then recruited for the available job position in the Exim Bank of India. Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must check that their age, nationality, educational qualifications along with other details match with the minimum requirements of this job. - Aspirants must have secured a minimum of 50 % marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) in their Bachelor’s degree.
- If appearing for the post-graduation exam in 2022, the aspirant must be present with their post-graduation exam results during the time of interview.
- If the candidate is a CA, then, he/she must have the membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Candidates must have either a Master in Business Administration degree (MBA) or Post-graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in each. Both the MBA and PGDBA degrees must have been pursued for two years duration in full time.

- A provisional registered ID and password will be sent to the candidate’s phone number and email ID.
- Candidates are required to upload the scanned copy of their original educational and professional documents and make the Fee Payment.

Candidates must keep the scanned copies of the following documents handy for the documents submission: passport-size photographs, signatures, impression of the left thumb and a handwritten declaration form as mentioned by the Exim Bank of India.

The Application Fee Payment gateway will be attached within the application form. Once the candidate successfully uploads all the required documents, he/she will be redirected to the payments form. Average Salary
As per the official bank statement, the candidates qualified for the Management Trainee position will be absorbed in the junior grade management department as the Deputy Manager post the completion of 1 year of joining the bank’s services. While on the training for the role of Management Trainees, a stipend of INR 55,000/- will be provided for a period of 1 year. However, the salary for a Deputy Manager (DM) is INR 17 Lakhs per annum.
Exim Bank of India Joining Special Condition
After the selection of the candidate, he/she must execute a personal bond of INR 3 Lakhs to serve the role of a Management Trainee for a minimum of 1 year and the role of Deputy Manager for a minimum of 5 years. These duration will be effective from the date of joining of the candidate.
