Eligibility Criteria for Education Future International Scholarship

The criteria for applying for the EFI Scholarship are listed below: 

• The applicant must be a citizen of India with a valid passport
• The candidate must have a minimum of 60% in both the 10th and 12th grades
• The scholarship is given to deserving Indian students who wish to further their studies at one of the world’s best and recognized universities abroad
• Students’ documents must indicate that they are unable to pay for their own study abroad. As a result, the applicant needs to take out a 50% loan for his studies
• The candidate should be able to enroll in and finish his or her course by October 30th 2022.

Eligible Areas of Study

• The applicant should be going to pursue any UG/ PG course overseas to a recognized university/ college overseas. 
• The EFI scholarship cannot be availed for studying in India.

2. On the home page, click the ‘Apply Now’ button.
3. Now carefully fill in all of the details and follow the instructions stated there.

Note: The number of scholarships awarded fluctuates from year to year and is decided on the quality of the applications received.

Terms and Conditions

• The scholarship cannot be used to attend school in India. The scholarship cannot be exchanged, transferred, or replaced in any way.
• The amount of scholarships awarded fluctuates annually and is based on the calibre of the applications received.
• The full cost of an education overseas will not be covered by the value of this scholarship, so it is crucial for students to secure the remaining funds through an education loan.
• Using the phone number and email address provided in the scholarship application, the winner(s) of the scholarship will be contacted no later than 14 days after the date of selection.
• Within 14 days of the day they receive the email notifying them of their selection for the scholarship, the candidates must accept all the necessary terms and conditions in writing and submit any documents or information requested by the committee overseeing the Education Future International Scholarship.
• Once the committee overseeing the Education Future International Scholarship has examined the supporting documentation and determined the applicant’s eligibility, the candidate will be named the scholarship’s ultimate winner or recipient.
• When the committee for the Education Future International Scholarship requests a response from an applicant within a certain time frame, such as when the candidate doesn’t return calls or emails, the candidate loses all claim to the scholarship.
• The committee overseeing the Education Future International Scholarship retains the right to choose a different applicant.
