BI Norwegian Business School 

Established in 1943, BI Norwegian Business School is the largest business school in Norway and the second largest in all of Europe. It is an independent, not-for-profit foundation and the main provider of research-based knowledge on business and management disciplines in Norway and has in total four campuses with the main one located in Oslo. It is among the 1% of business schools in the world that has received triple accreditation– the European EQUIS (European Quality Improvement Systems), the American AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) and the British AMBA (The Association of MBAs). BI is a perfect private institution for those students who want to pursue Management courses and 20 per cent of the master students at BI are international from more than 100 different nationalities.

NHH – Norwegian School of Economics 

The Norwegian School of Economics or NHH is a public business school located in Bergen, Norway with 3,500 students and 400 employees. School of Business and Economics (UiT The Arctic University of Norway)

The School of Business and Economics is part of the University of Tromsø The Arctic University of Norway, which is among the top 4 universities in Norway and ranks #440 in the world. The School of Business and Economics offers study programs at bachelor, master and PhD levels in economics, business administration, marketing and strategy, management and innovation, and entrepreneurship. In addition, it also runs an executive MBA program in economic management and strategy.  Studies at the School of Business and Economics can readily be combined with other subjects from UiT The Arctic University of Norway. 

The University of Agder School of Business and Law

The University of Agder School of Business and Law, located in Kristiansand and Grimstad has over 2,000 students. It offers business administration education at all degree levels: doctoral, masters and bachelors. In addition, it provides a number of continuing education courses in fields like economics, law and management. In 2019, it was accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, AACSB and is considered a leading business school in Norway

Norway Student Visa Requirements

Students from Iceland, Finland, Denmark and Sweden do not require a student visa to study in Norway. Students from EU/EFTA/EEA are allowed to stay in the nation for up to 90 days without applying for a student visa, after which they would have to apply. Those who don’t belong to any of the categories need to have a residence permit in order to study in Norway and prove their financial stability. The following documents are required:

• Health insurance
• Proof of financial ability
• Birth certificate
• Receipt of the fees that you have paid for the admission
• A valid passport
• 2 passport-sized photographs
• Statement of purpose
• Any evidence that proves you will leave Norway after course completion.
