AIBE Eligibility Criteria 2022
The Bar Council of India has set certain prerequisites for candidates planning to appear for the AIBE exam and these eligibility requirements are as follows:
- Educational Background: The candidate must have completed graduation from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks.
- Bar Council Registration: Every state has its own bar council and the applicant is required to register with the particular Bar Council of their state.
- Professional Requirements: The candidate must hold a law degree from a recognized institute.

Steps to Fill AIBE 2022 Application Form
Following steps will guide you to fill the online application form for AIBE 2022 Exam:

For the AIBE XV 2020 exam, the Bar Council of India (BCI) released the admit cards. Candidates can download their respective admit cards via their details like registration ID and date of birth (DOB) and can hence log in. Sometimes dates may also vary for some centres as well.
AIBE COP
If the candidate clears the AIBE 2022 exam with respect to set parameters such as qualifying marks and eligibility criteria, the qualifying candidate will be issued a COP or the Certificate of Practice by the Bar Council of India (BCI). With the issue of this COP, the qualifying candidate will be made eligible to practice law and also continue association with the state bar council. The COP will mention the following details:
