Mr. Tomoya Nakamura is in charge of the English MBA Programs at GLOBIS University. He teaches subjects in the leadership and globalization areas. Mr. Nakamura conducts various global training programs for corporate clients. He also periodically writes a column, "Ki and Management" for GLOBIS Insights. Prior to joining GLOBIS, he worked for Marubeni Corporation, where he started his professional career. At Marubeni Corporation, he reorganized an invested company at Advantage Partners. He has also been the Senior Managing Director of Sun-Life Corporation (JASDAQ), where he introduced a progressive ESOP for more than 250 employees including part-time workers. Mr. Nakamura graduated from Hitotsubashi University with a degree in Social Studies, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School. He has co-authored (along with other GLOBIS Faculty members), "KOKOROZASHI: The Pursuit of Meaning in Business" (Kindle Direct Publishing).
